تحشيشة علي انغام فاريبورز لاتشيني

Back to  Al Tahrir square …. Thats how I feel when I listen to this piece of music (Whirlwind in Autumn – Fariborz Lachini) ….

Every time I listen to it I hear the voices of revolution ..The young enthusiasts. ..the pure, the fake, the silent and the chaotic ….

The  terrific piece starts by unmistakable eastern Prelude.. could be Egyptian or Persian … the climate is quite but you can sense vibrating tension (up to 1:18) ( may be the last 10 years of the awakening)…

What follows is a swift rising crescendo (1:40) (January / February) …a mood worthy of a revolution ( you can just sense the hesitant start surrender to a powerful determination)… Then comes the debate  (1:50) (the tense  March) ..the high pitch and the low rumble… Fast and Fierce as wild rapids…heart bounding  (feel the piano keys got strained to a cracking point)…. Drifting, sincere, devote and Revolutionary….

Gradually a boring humble voice (think of our current government)  takes over to deliver the lower toned debate…. Feels also sincere but less certain… Stays like this for too0000 long (April/May) …..

As The bitch slow down and we are about to lose hope …. it rises again (3:55)…never as high as the beginning … But it recovers and prevails…. The revolution is on track…. hopefully…

Is it the mood that speaks music or the music absorbing the mood … In anyway… It’s a wonderful short inspiring piece of music in times of uncertainty … enjoy it …
